Monthly membership  (autopay/card on file) $185/m

Yearly (paid in full $100 savings) $2120/yr

• Appointments every 3 months with the provider
• Injectable testosterone, insulin syringes, and shipping directly to you
• Follow-up labs (CBC, CMP, Total T, Free T, Estradiol, PSA Free and Total) up to 4 times per year
  • Drawn 2 weeks before your first follow-up appointment (in 8-12 weeks), with scheduled follow-ups every 3-6 months
• Communication with your provider via HIPAA-compliant text (Spruce), phone, or email/portal during office hours
• Refills are included but not automatically shipped; please anticipate your need for refills.

What’s Not Included

• Extra appointments beyond the 3-month schedule (additional fees apply)
