Prior to your appointment you will complete an extensive questionnaire. It is important you are as detailed as possible.

We will discuss your symptoms and devise a plan to get to the root cause.

Our provider will explain specific testing options related to your concerns.

Treatment options may include lifestyle & nutritional changes, supplements and nutraceuticals, bioidentical hormone support, thyroid supplementation, gut health, or other workup of root cause symptoms.

GI-Map Test + Consult- $699
